乳脂末和植脂末的区别
乳脂末和植脂末主要成分都是反式脂肪酸，或者说两者都是同一种东西。前者有可能在里面又加入了一些表面活性剂使其分散于热水更快捷(也可能没有，反式脂肪酸自己就能乳化)。
乳脂末和植脂末的区别
植脂末又称奶精，是以精制植物油或氢化植物油、酪蛋白等为主要原料的新型产品。该产品在食品生产和加工中具有特殊的作用，同时也是一种现代食品。
植脂乳跟植脂末类似，也是奶精的一种，也不属于真正的牛奶。
植脂乳 在国外的名字应该是叫咖啡奶。现在其实也一样可以买到维益国外生产的咖啡奶，不过很贵。他的主要作用是增加爽滑口感，以及饮料的厚度。对应国内产品的话，类似于淡奶。
