什么是瘦素？
瘦素 （Leptin，LP）是一种由脂肪细胞分泌的蛋白质类激素，它的作用是 调节脂肪储存 ，加快生物的新陈代谢，抑制食欲，增加能量释放，从而 减轻体重 。瘦素对保持身体的质量指数起着很大的作用，可以与脂联素一起对抗代谢综合征；还可以直接作用于肝细胞和骨骼肌细胞，使脂肪酸氧化，从而 减少脂肪堆积 。
瘦素如何作用？
瘦素作用于下丘脑，当人体能量摄入正平衡时，会促使脂肪细胞分泌的瘦素增多，结合下丘脑的受体发生反应，从而降低食欲，减少能量摄取，促进能量消耗。
或许你会疑惑，既然瘦素是由脂肪细胞分泌的，那体脂高的人体内应该能够分泌更多的瘦素才对，为什么他们瘦不下来呢？这是因为“ 瘦素抵抗 ”作用。简单来讲，位于下丘脑的瘦素受体数量有限，大量瘦素无法被有效利用，相当于脂肪细胞对大脑说“够了不要再吃了”，但是大脑信号不好没听到，这时候瘦素的调节反应就失效了，人就会越吃越胖。
如何科学增加瘦素？
用正确的方法吃
限制果糖摄入。 因为果糖会抑制下丘脑的瘦素受体，若果糖摄入过多，即使你体内含有大量瘦素，也无法被识别并发挥作用。
拒绝简单碳水化合物 （糖、白米饭等）。这类食物容易让胰岛素水平升高，导致瘦素水平下降，故日常主食的选择推荐以燕麦、藜麦等粗粮为主。

当我们处于焦虑、精神不振的时候，身体会产生大量皮质醇，皮质醇的过量分泌会干扰体内的激素水平，其中就包括瘦素。重压之下容易暴饮暴食，多是出于这个原因。因此如果你平时工作学习的压力较大，建议你可以做一些瑜伽或冥想，减压的同时降低体内皮质醇的水平。
充足的睡眠
睡眠会调节瘦素和胃饥饿素（就是告诉你身体“我饿了”的激素）水平。若身体得不到充分的休息，就会开始产生胃饥饿素而降低瘦素的分泌量，现在知道为什么熬夜会变胖了吧？
避免运动过量
是的你没看错！虽然适当的运动对于减脂而言十分必要，运动过量却会对瘦素的产生造成障碍——长时间的运动会导致体内皮质醇水平升高，甚至降低脂肪代谢的速率。即使你的运动积极性很高，也不可一次性运动过度；如果你想提高效率，推荐采用HIIT高强度间歇训练哦！

茶瘦素主要作用
它的作用在于存储葡萄糖、降低体重、增加热量的释放。此后，发现茶瘦素水平在男孩中持续增加，而在女孩中却有所下降，女孩中脂肪的增加是对茶瘦素减少做出的反应，而在男孩中增加是出于肌肉质量的构建。这也是为什么女孩的脂肪量会比男孩高出8%-20%的普遍现象。
人们之前普遍认为它进入血液循环后会参与糖、脂肪及能量代谢的调节，促使机体减少摄食，增加能量释放，抑制脂肪细胞的合成，进而使体重减轻。科学家在去年的研究表明，在婴儿时期摄取茶瘦素，可能可以固定大脑对食欲的反应，进而一生都不会过度饮食。
