合理选择烟酰胺产品
含烟酰胺成分的产品很多，在选择的时候一看浓度，二看配方和成分搭配。
➠浓度
烟酰胺浓度的选择是一个很微妙的判断， 浓度既不能太高，也不能太低 。一方面足够的浓度才能保证效果，已经有大量的实验研究证实， 在一定的范围内 烟酰胺 抑制色素的效果随浓度增加而增强 1；但是另一方面，也要考虑到太高浓度的烟酰胺对皮肤可能造成刺激。
烟酰胺最合适的浓度是多少呢？就我个人掌握的信息来说， 目前没有看到有文献归纳出最佳的浓度，也没有文献系统地比较不同浓度烟酰胺的效果和刺激 ，只有一些单独的报道。例如保湿/修复屏障结构2-3和治疗特应性皮炎方面4有报道用2%的浓度，淡化色素5-6和治疗光老化7-9有报道用5%的浓度。
能够确定的是， 主流的、正规的研究文章基本都是以5%作为上限浓度 。为什么选择这个上限？不知道，我估计可能是基于临床经验的总结，高于这个浓度的效果提升不多，但是刺激性会上升。
综合考虑以上研究的结果，我个人认为 确定自己对烟酰胺耐受的话，烟酰胺的浓度越高越好，排名越前越好 。 用在美白、改善肤色方面 4% 会稳妥一些，5%是上限 。至于下限就不好说，因为厂家不可能自曝其短。大致来说，如果烟酰胺的排名在成分表的十名开外，这个浓度就算是比较低了，效果比较难保证，不值得购买。 假如不确定自己对烟酰胺是否耐受，就从低浓度开始用起 。
➠搭配
虽然烟酰胺有多种效果，但 无论在哪个领域，它都不是效果最好的，它扮演的角色其实是辅助其他成分更好地发挥作用 。当烟酰胺用于美白、改善色素沉着的时候，就更需要和其他成分一起协同发挥作用。从作用机理来说，改善色素沉着的药/药妆成分主要有三条作用途径10：
1.减少黑素的合成，例如氢醌、熊果苷、曲酸。
2.干扰黑素小体转运，例如烟酰胺、大豆蛋白。
3.加快角质细胞代谢，例如果酸、水杨酸、维A酸。
烟酰胺能干扰黑素小体输送到角质层，但它不能减少黑素的合成；此外，它还有两个特点让人很不满意5-6：第一，用了4-8周以后效果就会进入一个瓶颈期，再用下去也没有明显改善；第二，效果是可逆的，用了38周之后发现肤色回到原样。 所以单独用烟酰胺来美白的效果不尽如人意，和黑素抑制剂（如熊果苷/氢醌）协同使用的时候，效果才会更好 。
烟酰胺的搭配还有一个技术细节很少会有人注意到，那就是它和尼泊金酯类防腐剂能够形成配合物。烟酰胺易溶于水，而尼泊金酯类防腐剂难溶于水， 两者共同使用的时候能够形成配合物，促进尼泊金酯在水相中的溶解 11。这样做有两个好处，一是保证防腐剂在水相中有足够的浓度，抑制细菌滋生；二是减少防腐剂的透皮吸收，降低对皮肤刺激。所以在设计配方的时候，可以优先考虑采用尼泊金酯的防腐体系。
➠品牌美誉度
烟酰胺是最后一个产能转移到中国的维生素品种，市场竞争较为激烈，市场集中度较低，众多本土企业和国外企业（尤其是龙沙和帝斯曼）正在通过激烈的竞争，来进行产业分布的调整。不同厂家生产的烟酰胺，纯度肯定不一样。 品牌美誉度高的大的公司或者代工厂家能够拿到纯度较高的优质原料，降低杂质的刺激 。不过原料的水很深，一般的消费者未必能够了解里面的门道。
➠产品简析
很多产品都有添加烟酰胺，这里只挑几个物美价廉的品牌作为代表来进行分析。
1.OLAY新生塑颜奇迹赋能肌底液
宝洁的技术底蕴没的说，玩烟酰胺不是一般的6，从SK-II到OLAY都有它的身影。之所以把这个拿出来，是因为产品里面没有什么多余的成分，不像新生塑颜金纯面霜或者多效修护霜那样，为了达到即时可见的效果而加入二氧化钛、云母或者色素等物质。如果想试一试烟酰胺的效果，可以考虑这个产品。
烟酰胺具体浓度不详，但是从成分表来看，排名仅次于水，位居第二位，浓度应该有保障；搭配多肽+3种植物提取物+维生素E+维生素C，兼顾了美白抗氧化修复等等功能，是一个十全大补的配方，适合熟龄肌肤用。有人认为配方里面的肌醇能够起到美白/淡化色斑作用，对此我持保留意见，肌醇更多的还是起保湿作用，对炎症后色素沉着没有（直接的）抑制作用12。

关于贝德玛和CeraVe的这类产品，我一直有一个疑问：什么样的肤质才需要重建屏障结构、补充细胞间脂质呢？毫无疑问应该是偏敏感的肤质。敏感性皮肤用烟酰胺，这样会不会引起皮肤的刺激呢？截止到本文写作日期为止（2017年6月23日），在CeraVe天猫官方旗舰店上并没有这款产品出售的信息，客服给出的解释是该款产品已经售完，短期内没有上架的通知，可见我的疑问并不是没有根据的。 敏感性皮肤如果不确定对烟酰胺是否耐受的话，最好还是不要冒这个险，用神经酰胺、胆甾醇这些成分来修复角质屏障就好了 。
4.肌美钥妆明肤凝胶
这是我开发的产品，以烟酰胺（4%）+α-熊果苷（2%）作为核心美白成分，一头一尾分别搭配具有活血化瘀作用的玫瑰花水和具有美白作用的维生素C。这个组合兼顾了淡化黑色素通路中的三条途径，浓度也是经过慎重的考虑，力求在保证安全性的前提下，尽可能地增强效果。
保湿用的是经典的甘油和透明质酸钠，有些人觉得会觉得有一点点粘腻，如果是后续要用防晒霜或者隔离霜之类的含粉产品，还可能出现搓泥的现象，这是由凝胶的质地所决定的。所以后续使用的时候尽量避免用含粉产品，或者把它放到晚上用。防腐剂使用水溶性的苯氧乙醇和油溶性的羟苯甲酯，保证水相和油相中的都能够有效抑制细菌。
