RUU是读取刷机文件也就是rom文件的一个软件, ROM升级程序，而且是HTC官方的刷机程序。RUU就是指官方的ROM，一般是不带ROOT的。第三方制作的ROM基本上都是带ROOT的.RUU可以提取出官方zip的刷机包。官方rom封装成RUU减少用户刷机的困难。
