Windmills 就是我们熟知的风车了。Windmill是有一定难度的动作，建议无任何基础的初学者就不要直接练这个动作，一切等打好基础再说。这个动作的基础当然是手臂的力量和身体的协调性。有很多人在练习Windmill的时候，往往第一圈可以做，可后面就接不起来了。其实，问题可能还是出现在你的手臂力量不够和没有把握好动作衔接。下面我们就来简单介绍一下Windmill及一些变体：
1、Windmill
这里先介绍普通的Windmill，也叫推手风车，教程以右手为主要支撑。
① 不知大家是否还记得Handglide Freeze的姿势，就是和Turtle Freeze类似的那个动作，我们就用这个来起步。右手肘顶在右侧腹肌附近做主要支撑，右手指指向右侧，左手自由撑在靠上的地面位置做辅助支撑分担重心，双脚伸直分叉开用双脚脚尖撑地（Handglide Freeze是双脚离地的，这里稍有不同）。
② 保持上面的姿势，先笔直向上抬起右腿（或者弯曲抬起，按你舒服的方式来，只是转起来之后要伸直），左腿再抬起的同时，左手用力在地面向外拨（推），制造旋转的动力，然后重心慢慢转移到右手上。
③ 右手弯曲用小臂着地，左腿踢高，右腿从左腿下方扫过。此时身体会完全面向侧面，重心压在已经弯曲的右小臂上。
④ 由于旋转的惯性，重心压在右小臂的瞬间又过渡到右肩最后滑到背部，此时是背部着地，双腿仍然笔直叉开并往下压，让一会转身有个回弹的力量，双手保持刚刚趴在地上的姿势。
⑤ 继续旋转到全身面向侧面，此时重心在左肩和左大臂，右腿在上，左腿在下。
⑥ 因为手的姿势没变，用肩部力量继续旋转到全身面向地面，此时变为右手撑地，重心从左肩和左大臂转移到了右手。这时你会发现现在的姿势和第一步是相同的，只是转了一个圈。然后重复②-⑥，简单说
注意：因为Windmill难度较高，所以强烈建议在练习之前先花10分钟左右把手臂手腕脚部等等做一系列的拉伸热身，以防练习当中受伤。下面是分解动作的练习以及要注意的地方。
第二步，左手用力在地面向外拨，制造旋转的动力。我们可以针对这个来做分解练习。用第一步的姿势趴在地上，以右手为圆心，左手用力在地面向外拨，绕着圆心转一个圈试试，这个动作一定要做熟练为止。
第三步，之前都是右手撑地，但身体向侧面转的时候，就是变成手肘向下倒下，小臂着地。这步也来做分解练习，当左手用力在地面向外拨（推）的时候，反复做右手肘倒下，小臂着地的动作。
第四步，重心压在右小臂的瞬间又过渡到右肩最后滑到背部，这里和Coin Drop第六步相同，切记是用你的肩膀着地并用力，而不是腰部，很多人做到这一步因为双腿和腰抬的不够高变成腰部着地，这是错误的。滑到背部指的是用背上部落地，即背的上方二分之一处，这样才有速度感，也不会受伤。
第五步，转四分之三圈准备接第二圈的时候，需要把肩膀张开，用肩膀的肌肉接地，而不是骨头接地。
第六步，按第一步趴在地面。先不管腿的姿势，倒地转一圈然后回归到第一步趴在地面的姿势，这个要反复练习直到熟练为止，不然没办法接第二圈。
当这些分解动作都熟练之后就可以组合练习了，相信这样就能很快连贯了。
这里有一些常见问题，起步时常摔倒是因为起步时腰没抬高，着地点太低而造成的。再接圈时脚会碰到地面是因为你腰没抬高整个背部着地了，正确的做法是腰和臀部太高，用背的上半部着地，整个过程当中的着力点就是手、肩部、后背的上半部。起步时手放开的时机要掌握，这个需要多练习才能找到那种感觉，最后双腿一定要伸直并张开到最大。肩部一定要转的快，身子转的慢半拍。
关于起步，上面的教程是常规起步方式，本课精心配备的视频1到视频5都是用这个方式起步的，仔细研究学习之后一定能轻松学会Windmill。当然你仍然有其他的选择。如果你熟练Backspin的话，可以用它来起步，当做到Backspin第五步的时候，正好是Windmill第四步背部上部落地的姿势，那后面接着做翻身就能接上了。大家详细参考视频6。
