酸效应是什么
酸效应( acidic effect)是沉淀溶解度的影响，称为酸效应。
EDTA(Y)是一种广义的碱，当M与Y进行络合反应时，如有氢离子存在，就会与Y结合，形成它的共轭酸。此时，Y的平衡浓度降低，故使主反应受到影响。这种由于氢离子存在使配位体参加主反应能力降低的现象，称为酸效应。
酸效应系数是反映EDTA溶液中，加入的EDTA的总浓度与游离Y4-浓度的倍数。酸效应系数是氢离子浓度的函数，氢离子浓度越高，酸效应系数越大。酸效应系数反映了在一定PH值条件下，EDTA的总浓度为游离Y4-浓度的倍数，实际上就是反映已电离成Y4-的情况。
酸效应曲线（林邦曲线）：横坐标用lg （lgKMY）表示，纵坐标是各金属离子对应的滴定最高酸度。作用：查得曲线上所标离子的lgKMY。找到每种离子在指定条件下（CM，sp==0.010mol/L， == 0.2， ）可被准确滴定的最低PH值。
了解各离子相互干扰的情况：曲线右下方的离子干扰左上方离子的滴定；但在左上方离子存在下，可用控制酸度的方法滴定右下方离子
