1、CTL是英文ConTroL（控制）的缩写，是由专用的CTL磁头在录像带控制磁迹上记录的控制信号，是频率为25Hz（PAL制的帧频）的方波脉冲。计数方式按XX小时XX分钟XX秒XX帧的形式表示磁带的位置，每25个脉冲计算为1秒。
