Pastor中文是牧师 而Minister中文是传道人 那么牧师和传道人有甚么分别呢? 其实两者都是从事牧养教会信徒的工作,但牧师是要经过一个按牧的仪式后,才成为牧师;传道人则毋须经过这仪式。 至于工作方面,有些教会两者是没有分别的;但有些教会有些礼仪就必须牧师主持,如圣餐、浸礼和丧礼等。
