清辅音浊化现象发生的条件是：
1、在同一个音节内，当一个清辅音前的音是/s/。
2、该清辅音又有其相对应的浊辅音，且该清辅音后还有元音。此时，我们在拼读时，应该将该清辅音读成其对应的浊辅音，这在英语中就叫做音的浊化。
清辅音浊化现象发生的条件必须是上面的四个条件同时具备。例如speak，这是个单音节单词，所以是在同一个音节内，清辅音/p/前面有/s/这个音，/p/对应的浊辅音是/b/, /p/后还有原音/i:/, 所以原本/spi:k/，读的时候成了/sbi:k/。
