FFA检查是什么检查
FFA检查荧光素眼底血管造影术检查（fluorescein fundus angiography，FFA），是当前眼科诊断眼底疾病常用的、主要的检查方法之一，对眼底病的诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗选择、预后的推断都具有重要意义。
FFA检查是经肘静脉血管内注入特殊的药物荧光素钠，这种药液经血循环流入眼内血管，通过激光光线照射进入眼底，就可激发眼底血管内的荧光素而发生荧光。医生通过散大的瞳孔看见血管内的荧光时就可以开始拍照，在计算机上完整记录下荧光素在视网膜血管内的流动、分布、聚集情况，从而通过计算机处理系统对病变作进一步分析并作出诊断报告。
FFA检查适应症广泛，所有眼底病一般均适合做荧光血管造影，包括视神经疾患、视网膜血管疾病、黄斑疾病、视网膜变性等。
