根据泰国共管公寓法（condominium act）19条中对于“外国人”持有公寓产权的规定，如果外国人的继承人不是泰国籍，那么也必须按照第19条规定合规后成为有资格的外国人后才可以获得注册地契，否则继承的房产必须在1年内出售。
按照19条规定，一般外国人获取注册公寓地契资格的操作是：通过国外转入泰国的外汇，兑换成泰铢购房，并拥有银行的外汇兑换证明。
继承也必须进行如上操作，否则无法注册地契。
言止于此，没有要断人财路的意思，但是卖房子归买房子，要把话给人说清楚。
