阿克马乳酪市场bai 阿克马位于du阿姆斯特丹北方，它最为外界所周zhi知，吸引旅客的便是dao十七世纪以来就存在的官方认可的乳酪市场。早期拥有具权威性的度量衡工具并不是一件容易的事，阿克马却是尼德兰地区少数在公元1365年便有乳酪磅秤的城市。虽然现在每年这里的乳酪交易量不过是本世纪初的10%，但是不断涌入的观光人潮却已达每年近三十万人次。
阿克马乳酪市场吸引人的地方在于磅秤前的广场上，一群穿着传统服饰，负责搬运、称重的乳酪搬运工以古法工作，这也是荷兰保留下来的少数公会传统。乳酪搬运工分4队，每队7人，他们身着白衬衫、白长裤，戴不同颜色的草帽以表示分属不同的搬运队，草帽颜色共分为红、黄、绿和蓝色四种，两人一组，合力将木架装满乳酪，快步搬到磅秤房中过磅。而另一旁身着白袍的老督察员则拿起乳酪，一边嗅嗅这些乳酪的香味、拍拍软硬度，一边出品尝味道是否够香浓。经过这些反复的手续，一堆堆不同工厂制造出来的乳酪就像有身份证一样，被盖上标明制造厂、重量、日期的章。
