GrainProteinNutrient是啥意思？
这个俗语原来应该是 "riding the gravy train"。gravy 原来指“肉汁”，象征着好饭菜，所以在这里引申做“报酬”的意思。
riding the gravy train, 字面意思是"乘上了运肉汁的火车"。火车的隐含意思是风雨无阻，准点到达，乘上火车的乘客自己不用做任何事。
上了运肉汁(工钱)的火车，意思就是啥也不用操心，到时候工钱自然就到手了的意思。
至于biscuit wheels，没什么特别的意思，就是一句**台词，拿gravy train 这个固定词组打趣的。肉汁火车对饼干轮子，显得更加童话了。
不过要注意，美国人说得biscuit特指一种"饼干":
有点像英式松饼(司康饼)这样的东西，有一点咸味，在美国南方常用来沾肉汁吃。
