　　thumbnails意思是缩略图，DICM下生成该目录是因为曾经看图软件扫描过该目录，生成了缩略图缓冲。

　　是可以删除掉的。如果下次看图软件重新扫描该目录又会重新生成的。你应该是时间长了没清理过缩略图缓存，以前删除过的相机照片的缩略图还残留在里面，导致缩略图占用的空间也非常大。直接删除吧，删除就好了。
