你好，数码单反相机的光学取景器的自动对焦系统，就是相位对焦系统。
一般来说，数码单反相机的液晶屏的自动对焦系统，早期都是反差对焦，不过，现在，最新款的佳能单反已经也是相位对焦系统为主了。
目前的索尼微单，是混合对焦系统，以相位对焦为主，以反差对焦为辅。
佳能和尼康，虽然都有单反，但是，自动对焦的操作很多都是不一样的。
一、佳能单反
1，入门级机型，建议只用最中心的AF点，如果需要用边缘的对焦点，那么，建议你切换到液晶屏取景。
一般来说，佳能数码单反，除非高难度抓拍，其实是不建议使用光学取景器的了。
但是，佳能的液晶屏取景，抓拍能力还是不太好，所以抓拍的时候，还是建议使用光学取景器。
不过，中低档的佳能单反，光学取景器的时候，常常只有最中心的AF性能最好，所以，干脆就只用最中心的，至于构图的事情，可以后期适当裁剪一下。
2，高端机型，这个自动对焦的功能很高级，菜单很复杂，必须要对照说明书来设置，不看说明书的话，就只能把相机恢复出厂默认状态。
真的，要想设置好，必须耐心看说明书。
如果不想看说明书，建议你把相机恢复出厂默认状态。
二、尼康单反
尼康单反，液晶屏的自动对焦性能太差了。
所以，常常只能使用光学取景器的了。
尼康的自动对焦系统，有个3D跟踪，这个最好还是看说明书吧。
如果不看说明书，我也不可能把说明书的内容复制出来的，对吧？
