多谢【email protected】的解答,1和3我都明,但2唔系好明应该点做,一次过写在pettycash voucher的意思是指 e.g.4张五金单可加埋个总数写在一行?但如果4张单唔同日期或唔同公司买都可以加埋吗?写完pettycash voucher是否要入pettycash book呢? 另外,如上所提及用bank trfer 去佢哋户口又可否当pettycash入呢? 其实公司大约会放$1000现金,唔系定额的,咁呢$1000算唔算系pettycash 呢?

如果你是用公司的cash报销的，就入petty cash voucher
Dr expense（按不同的科目入不同的费用科目）

如果是通过银行转帐给同事的，就入payment voucher

2. 如用pettycash voucher,是否每张单都分行写?定系同一类单可加埋条大数写?如可以,当入数去pettycash book 的时候又点做呢?
（1）费用：同一类单可加埋总数写一行，分不同的费用科目比如“交通费”加总数写一行，“文具费”加总数写一行。
（2）cash：可以合并一行写，亦可以按不同的费用分行写，只要为以后查帐时能清楚明了表达就可以
***记入petty cash book时，应严格按照voucher的内容记录，voucher中的petty cash写几行，记帐时就要写几行。
***voucher的日期是以支出现金那天为准，不用管报销单据的日期，分类以会计科目的分类为依据，不用管是否是同一间公司开出的单据。
3.同事会在公司call 货van车D物料和工具去安装,咁呢个系咩会计料目呢?
可以入“运输费”科目
petty cash 不一定是一个定额，你公司的$1000算系petty cash

2. 您可以一次过写在一张 Petty cash voucher 到, 然后入:-

3. 是 Trportation.
