最近一系列的政策组合拳，从滴滴到腾讯、从教育到游戏、现在这波声势已从互联网延申到了房地产，从恒大到SOHO：潘石屹想效法李嘉诚卖光资产，和黑石都谈好了，然后被叫停，接受垄断调查；恒大屡次爆出债务危机后，终于准备“断头”求生，正在卖出核心资产……接下来可能是资本市场，专门针对资本主义工商业，年纪大的网友可能会有“真好似新时代的社会主义的三大改造”的感觉。
对这事儿，有各种解读，我就转述一下华尔街头号投行大摩的最近一个报告的要点，比较认同：
中国正在转换并重置其经济发展的底层逻辑，从增速优先转向兼顾公平，对于部分高垄断行业可能有影响。
在经过数十年消除绝对贫困的努力后，中国将转向，将在增长、可持续性、改善社会不均衡、维护各项安全之间求得平衡。这将会让经济利益的划分更多转向劳动者，降低企业盈利。
借着回复这个问题，顺便回应一下好些网友的提问，美股和中房泡沫究竟何时破？
大家都知道，这个地球上，大概再也没有比美国股市和中国房地产更坚挺的传统大类资产了。经常有网友问我，这美股和中房两大泡沫究竟何时会破？我也反复回应，美股早已高处不胜寒，去年曾大幅调整过一次，目前就看美联储何时开始tapering了；至于中房，我也说过多次了，至少中国一线城市的房价早已成了富人的游戏，其价格由最后愿意接手的那个价格而定。也就是说，没有最高，只有更高，直到治标又治本的调控措施来临……
那关键是，为何大家早都知道泡沫巨大，美股和中房却依然会如此坚挺那么久。原因很多，之前也都详细分析过了，这儿就再提一点，请大家自己做一下功课：什么是“Smart Money Effect”（有人将其翻译成“智钱效应”）？
简而言之，市场里聪明的人太多了，甚至聪明到他们知道市场上有很多不具备完全信息的人，会留下来跟他们一起共舞，博取最大利益。顺便再提一下又大幅反弹的比特币，从市场角度而言，也明显存在Smart Money Effect……
再回到本题，恰好最近高层明确表示“构建初次分配、再分配、三次分配协调配套的基础性制度安排，加大税收、社保、转移支付等调节力度并提高精准性，扩大中等收入群体比重，增加低收入群体收入，合理调节高收入，取缔非法收入，形成中间大、两头小的橄榄型分配结构”，这样说吧，之前的发展重在做大蛋糕，今后将重在分配。显然，我们正站在中国经济和资本市场一个重要的转折点上……点到为止吧。
