如何看待电击治疗法？
电机治疗，顾名思义用电击的方法治疗患者，如果在适当的范围内，它将救助患者，如果过度，电击将成为一种刑罚，因此抵制过度电击，为了我们的人身安全，强选择适当的治疗方法，尤其要将杨永信这一类的人治理掉，不要让他们再伤害无辜的人类了！

像有无数个针扎了进去，每一个细胞都在疼。
那时候，眼前就像电视机的雪花一样，已经看不清楚了。
就像是那种特别高频率震动的小锤子，一下下打着我的太阳穴，痛不欲生。

尽管经过多年的改良与发展，如今的电疗的安全性、有效性上都已经得到了很大提升，成为了重度抑郁症、精神分裂症等精神疾病的最后一道防线，然而只需要几位医学狂人加上几句亲身经历者的证词，之前一切正面的公众形象都将不复存在。相反，关于电疗的争议或许则将长期存在下去。
1 月 10 日，据美媒 NBC 的报道，斯坦福大学医学中心的神经外科助理教授 Casey Halpern 宣布他和他的研究团队通过研究老鼠和人体大脑中的电信号，发现使用电脉冲刺激大脑特定部分时能够抑制刺激成瘾的冲动行为，比如暴食症、赌瘾等。

电刺激抑制成瘾？加上之前世界卫生组织将游戏成瘾列入精神与行为障碍，这难道意味着「雷电法王」杨永信要被成功洗白，名正言顺地进行他的「电疗」？
但是先等等，这些年被杨永信等人「普及」并且妖魔化的电休克治疗（Electroconvulsive Therapy，ECT）真的就是一个邪恶的技术么？「杨教授们」又是怎样「掌控雷电」的？
电疗简史
（前方高能，下文中图片可能会引起不适。）
早在 16 世纪，瑞士内科医师 Paracelsus 就发现口服樟脑引发的癫痫/抽搐可以用来治疗精神疾病，但是这背后的原理到底是怎样基本还处于瞎猜的状态。
期间治疗精神病的手段也是千奇百怪，比如用鸦片、放血，甚至是把人大脑中主管情绪的前额叶搅碎的「冰锥疗法」（Ice Pick Lobotomy）。
直到上世纪初，人们才发现癫痫不会和许多精神疾病同时发作（这也是电击引发抽搐来治疗精神疾病的理论来源）。
于是在 1934 年，科学家再次将目光投回癫痫减轻精神病症状上。匈牙利神经精神病学家 Ladislas J. Meduna 用樟脑油引发的癫痫成功治好了一例 4 年的紧张性木僵（Catatonic Stupor）。之后他使用一种在诱发癫痫上更可靠的药剂卡地阿唑（Metrazol）治疗了 100 多名精神分裂患者。
然而这种更可靠的药剂在诱发癫痫的过程中会让患者感受到恐惧，甚至医生和护士需要追着患者喂药。
当然看到药物治疗有这种缺陷，人们便着手寻找更「人道」的治疗方法——电击：用电流刺激脑部以诱发癫痫，这样比药物直接更有效。
于是在动物身上做过实验之后，1938 年意大利精神病医师 Ugo Cerletti 和 Lucio Bini 便将这项技术应用到了人身上。
第一名男患者是一个在罗马街头找到的时常妄想且胡言乱语的人。在第一次电疗的过程中，癫痫被顺利诱发了，而在患者清醒之后，甚至逻辑清晰地骂起了人。。。
此外，电击还有一个积极的副作用：逆行性遗忘（Retrograde Amnesia），也就是因为这个副作用，患者不会记起治疗的过程以及难受的感觉。于是，电疗迅速取代了药物并开始普及，而 Ugo Cerletti 和 Lucio Bini 也因此获得了诺贝奖提名。
之后，电疗经过了一系列的改良，比如 20 世纪 40 年代至 50 年代初无抽搐式电休克治疗（Modified Electroconvulsive Therapy，MECT）的出现，将肌肉松弛剂（Muscle Relaxant）和短效**剂（Short-acting Anesthetic）引入了电疗，以防止患者骨折和肌肉松弛剂可能引起的窒息感，「用户体验」得到提升。
自 2016 年 2 月起，美国的食药监局 FDA 就已经考虑将电休克治疗的安全性从 Class III（high risk）改成 Class II（low risk） 了；在我国，电休克治疗也是治疗精神疾病的常用手段。所以说电疗的有效性和安全性其实是有保障的。
然而，为什么电疗在公众心中的印象普遍还是负面的？
一个被妖魔化的技术
在最新的《黑镜》第四季第六集中，一名被判死刑的黑人囚犯的意识被制作成了一个数字影像存放在了博物馆里，而这个数字影像的「工作」便是供游客拉下电闸并受到无休止电刑的折磨。

事实上，在很多人的印象里，电疗的过程都是上面这样一种折磨人的存在。而这种印象其实一部分便是来源于「杨永信们」对于电疗的乱用以及滥用：
正是因为受到电击时病人会产生抽搐甚至是骨折，所以这种「疗法」就被许多精神病医院用来惩罚那些不听话的病人。
而自上世纪 50 年代起国外媒体开始聚焦这些负面消息时，公众对于电疗的印象就开始急转直下。在《飞跃疯人院》（One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest）里，电疗便成了一个邪恶护士长手中的恐怖工具。

此后，电疗更是被用在了同性恋的「掰直治疗」上。《天鹅绒金矿》（Velvet Goldmine）里满脸笑容的护士或许是真的以为电疗能「帮到」同性恋者吧。

时至今日，试图用电击来「矫正坏习惯」的错误做法仍在世界范围内发生。
去年 4 月，据 BBC 报道，印尼一所小学的**就要求 4 名学生轮流站在一块通电的板子上，并在学生的额头上放置感应片，让电流通过学生的身体。而**事后更是辩称电疗有助学生左右脑平衡，这样他们就不会捣蛋了。
说到底，以上这些疯狂的行为并不是真的为了用电击引发癫痫来治疗精神疾病，而是纯粹为了带来肉体上的痛苦让「患者」在精神上产生恐惧并最终屈服。
「杨永信们」的做法不仅造就了一段黑暗的历史，更妖魔化了一个本用来治病救人的技术。
