计算机行业总的来说是属于一个技术行业，近几年的发展想必所有人都是有目共睹的，所以就吸引了不少人进军IT行业，但是在这种大环境之下有喜有忧，一开始步入IT行业的人肯定是欢喜的哪一部分，因为跟着时代一起发展，现在不管是生活待遇发展都是处于时代的最前沿，而随波逐流但是又不太了解行业的那一部分必然是不满意的，因为只是追逐着所谓的高薪步入这个行业，那么他们将面对的就是“市场饱和”。很多刚入行人都会告诉准备入行的人说市场不行了，整天抱怨别人炒火了IT行业，所以对不起现在市场缺乏的本身就不是这种人，所以他们的市场自然就饱和了。在这一类人中还有一种就是自己在在行业中摸爬滚打就算自己没有天赋，本着一股不服输的劲在行业中冲击的。这类人才是市场所需求的。
哎呦，有点偏了，继续回到楼主的问题，不管你学什么努力永远大于天赋的，还记得小时候语文课本上的那个天才伤仲永吗？即使他天资聪颖但是后期没有学习，没有努力，最终和平凡人有什么区别。楼主现在要做的就是认清自己的方向和目标，朝着自己的目标去做。你要相信这个行业给你的回报和你的努力是成正比的。当然要是能找一个人带着你走，你就不会那么迷茫了。
