左上角，苹果图标－最近使用项目－清除。然后把你的quick time player的图标从dock中移除，然后再加回来。记得下次先删纪录，然后再删文件。或者你看用quick time播放一个其他视频，然后在历史纪录里清空就好了。手上没截图，就文字表示了，按这个操作就可以的。
