　　discount factor算法： 先计算money discount rate，也就是（1+nomial)=(1+real )(1+inflation)中的Nominal,1+n=(1+5.7%)*(1+5%) 得出n=1.1098.。再算DF=1/(1+r)^t 即可。 discount factor即为贴现因子。也称折现系数、折现参数。所谓贴现因子，就是将来的现金流量折算成现值的介于0－1之间的一个数。贴现因子在数值上可以理解为贴现率，就是1个份额经过一段时间后所等同的现在份额。
